Orders placed after 11:00 AM (AEDT) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 8:00 AM (AEDT). During peak periods, processing times may exceed 2 business days. Standard shipping time is maximum of 6 to 12 days from the date that your item is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that the order was placed.

If we do not have stock of something you'd like, we can usually special order these items and place them on reserve for you, they are then labelled as backordered. Yes. Your order can be canceled before shipping at no additional charge. However, if you decide to cancel your order after it has left our warehouse, you will have to incur the shipping and return fees.
The time frame for cancellations is 48 hours after placing your order online or in-store. To guarantee a successful cancellation or return if your order has already been shipped, all items must be returned within the 15-day return window.
• We want you to feel 100% satisfied with our products. That's why we offer a 15-day return policy on all regular priced Daje Place Items.
• The return must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date
• The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
• The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition
Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
Accidents can happen. If your order arrives to you damaged or less than perfect condition, you can contact our Customer Care department at firstname.lastname@example.org with:
• Your order number, a copy of the invoice or the original receipt
• The date your damaged product arrived
• A photo of the shipping label that includes the product code
• At least 3 clear photos that highlight the damages, various angles are very helpful
• Your full contact information including a direct phone number or email address
